Installation Joomla! 5.x • Call to undefined function Joomla\CMS\Form\dom_import_simplexml()

Hi.

Joomla 5 installation stops wirh error: Call to undefined function Joomla\CMS\Form\dom_import_simplexml()

XML_writer and ..._reader are enabled. I can not find any solutions to this order. PHP 8.2 enabled
